Eating Behavior / Mental Health ProgramDr. Matt Webster is the creator and facilitator of the eating behavior and mental health program at Martin Counseling, PLLC in Katy, Texas. With a focus on the role nutrition plays in the affect, cognition, and behavior of people, this program incorporates an evidence-based nutritional and psychological approach to help intervene in problematic eating behaviors and helps guide clients toward the goal of productive change (healthy mind and body).
