As this year is about to end and the new year is approaching, let’s take some time to slow down and reassess our habits.  Daily routines can be extremely taxing and tiring, and it could be helpful to set yourself a self-care routine as your new year’s resolution.  Self-care can mean different things for each person. It can be any practice that helps us become more in tune and at peace with ourselves. For some people, self-care might look like setting healthy boundaries with friends and family, whereas for others, it might look like a few minutes of meditation at the start of every day.
